Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, such as new product launches, sales, or holidays.

Please note: Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic Shipping (Within United States): 3–7 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier delays, which are outside our control.

Pre-Orders & Delayed Shipping

If your order is not shipped within the standard processing time, this means the item is part of a pre-order

Pre-order items:

  • Are made or shipped after the order is placed

  • May require additional production or fulfillment time

  • Will ship as soon as inventory becomes available

Shipping Carriers

We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL for all deliveries. The carrier used will depend on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can use this number to check your shipment’s status on the carrier’s website.

International Shipping
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) incurred once the shipment reaches your destination country. M4X is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier. if your package arrives damaged. please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the damage. we will do our best to assist you. 

Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
